The Partners:
Colin
Colin comes to Fireskill from a 30 career in North Wales Fire & Rescue Service, with a secondment as an instructor the National Fire Service College. Colin along with a Paul and Pete founded Fireskill sharing his experience as a service lead in Fire Safety & Fire Safety Enforcement. Colin leads on all matters Fire Safety other than health care and provides oversite and verification for any work undertaken by affiliate assessors employed within Fireskills network.
Andrew
Andy is the newest addition to the partnership having served a 30-year career in both Greater Manchester and Norfolk Fire & Rescue Services. Andy was instrumental in the implementation and development of front-line operations in National Resilience and Multi Disciplined Operations including Urban Search & Rescue, Water Rescue & Dive Team Operations, RTC response and MTFA Response. Andy provides oversight and training delivery in all aspects of practical based training delivered within Fireskills Training Portfolio.
Pete
Pete was also part of Fireskills inception 20 years ago, again seconded to The National Fire Service College as an instructor whilst enjoying a 30-year career in Norfolk Fire & Rescue Service. Pete is widely recognised as a respected Health & Safety expert with a wealth of experience in NEBOSH and IOSH course delivery and development. Pete leads on all Fireskills H&S workstreams, in both a consultancy and an education role.
Paul
As a founding Partner Paul has been instrumental in the development of Fireskill over a 20-year period, His time in West Mids Fire & Rescue Service, coupled with a significant secondment to The National Fire service College as an Instructor, gives Paul a set of unique skills. Paul leads on all matters relating to Health Care providers in relation to Consultancy Training and Risk Assessment.
Affiliate trainers & assessors
Fireskill employs the expert services of a number of both serving and non-serving emergency service personnel to support our Training & Fire Risk assessment programmes and workstreams. This group brings currency and additional nationally recognised skills and qualification, along with specific additional areas of expertise to the Fireskill Team.

Fireskill have delivered fire safety, health and safety training, risk assessments, and risk management services for more than 20 years.
Leadership Experience
All four partners have held senior operational and management roles within UK Fire and Rescue Services. They were also highly regarded trainers who contributed to national programmes and initiatives.
Specialist Expertise
We specialise in risk assessment and risk assessment training across both health and safety and fire risk management. In addition to more than 20 years of experience as Fireskill Safety Solutions, our team brings a combined 120 years of service with Norfolk, West Midlands, and South Wales Fire and Rescue Services.
